* 4 night minimum booking during Easter Peak Season and 7 night minimum booking during Christmas/New Year Peak Season.

** Powered, Ensuite and Big Rig Sites are based on 2 persons per night. Add $10 for each extra adult per night, $10 for each child aged 13-17yrs and $5 for each child 12yrs and under. Children under 3yrs are FREE.

*** Koonwarra House is 2 night minimum booking during Low and Mid Season and 4 night minimum booking during Peak Season.

No pets allowed during Peak Season. Call us about our pet friendly cabins. Pets are welcome on our powered and unpowered sites, under the manager's discretion. Seeing eye or physical aid animals are welcome.

Booking Deposit
Low and Mid Season: 1st night’s tariff.
Peak Season, School Holidays and Long Weekends: 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Low and Mid Season: 48 hours prior to arrival.
Peak Season, School Holidays and Long Weekends: 60 days prior to arrival.

No Refunds outside all Cancellation Policy dates.
